PRIVATE EVENT REGISTRATION CLOSED:  On June 19, 2023, in honor of the new National Holiday, The Tri-Cities Juneteenth Community Council sponsoring this event for a Day of Serice. In Pasco, Washington, the historical Juneteenth celebration is the founding celebration here in Washington State. From the Pasco community, this has grown across the state as community members relocated. The founding families of this event are still on the board and continue to provide service to the community.  Art By Shantel will be providing inspiration and instruction to the young community members who are participating in the festivities.
